Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Retrieve your IRS transcripts via authorized Form 2848 or 8821
  • Analyze your tax situation and prepare your settlement roadmap
  • Represent you before the IRS (if you engage Managed Resolution services)
  • Communicate with you about your case
  • Process payment for services

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • IRS: As required to retrieve transcripts and represent you
  • Licensed Professionals: Our EAs, CPAs, and Attorneys working on your case
  • Service Providers: Secure hosting and payment processing (under strict confidentiality)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or legal process

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for all sensitive data, secure HTTPS connections, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit logging. SSN and tax data are encrypted both at rest and in transit.

5. Data Retention

We retain client data for 7 years in accordance with IRS record retention requirements and professional standards. You may request deletion of your data after this period.
